Green Spaces & Sustainability from the Motherland: A collaboration between the Balzekas Museum of Lithuanian Culture
 and the Chinese-American Museum of Chicago

Balzekas Museum of Lithuanian Culture, 6500 S. Pulaski Road, Chicago

How important are green spaces and the traditions associated with them in our cultures? How significant are gardening, beekeeping and efforts to keep our traditions in an urban environment? Join the Balzekas Museum of the Lithuanian Culture and the Chinese-American Museum of Chicago for a discussion on how we can bring the traditions of our cultures to a new environment.

Food and refreshments will be provided.

Note: a maximum of 30 individuals can register for this event, so be sure to reserve your spot today!

This program is part of the Chicago Cultural Alliance's Talking About... series. The Talking About...series brings together the Chicago area's ethnic communities to discuss contemporary issues that matter from the perspectives and experience of the community members themselves.
