The Chinese-American Museum of Chicago (CAMOC) - Raymond B. & Jean T. Lee Center  (芝加哥美洲華裔博物舘 - 李秉樞中心) is governed by the Board of Directors of the Chinatown Museum Foundation (CMF) 華埠博物館基金會, a 501(C)(3) non-profit corporation located in Chicago, Illinois.

The mission of the CMF is to maintain a museum in Chicago for the purpose of promoting exhibitions, education, and research relating to Chinese-American culture and history in the midwestern United States.

The museum building, formerly the Quong Yick Co., is located in Chicago's Chinatown, at 238 West 23rd Street (Chicago, IL 60616).  It opened to the public on May 21, 2005. 

The museum is temporarily closed until further notice due to a fire on 9/19/08 (Friday).
